Delivery and returns
Delivery is complimentary in France and Europe on orders from €250.
Delivery costs are calculated directly in your cart.
We prepare your parcel and hand it to the carrier within 2 working days of your order confirmation, after which transit time applies.
Each order is carefully prepared in its presentation box, ideal for gifting or keeping.
Delivery areas: France, European Union, Switzerland and United Kingdom.
You have 14 days from receipt to return or exchange an item. To start a return, simply fill in the form on our Returns page or contact us at serviceclient@sukeparis.com.
Care
Your silk piece can stay with you for many years, provided it is cared for. Entrust it to a dry cleaner. We advise against both machine and hand washing, which can alter the colours and the fibres.
As far as possible, avoid water. If your scarf gets wet, lay it flat and let it dry naturally. Never use a heat source such as a radiator or a tumble dryer.
Avoid direct contact with perfume. Apply it to your skin first, let it dry, then put on your scarf.
Protect it from prolonged exposure to sunlight. Store it flat, in its box, away from humidity.
