How do I return an item purchased on sukeparis.com?
You can return any item ordered from sukeparis.com for a refund within fourteen (14) calendar days from delivery.
To initiate the return process, please email service@sukeparis.com with your order number and the item in question. Our team will send you a prepaid return label (or a QR code when available), along with drop-off instructions for your area (post office, partner pickup point, or collection point if offered).
Your return must include the purchase invoice (or a copy in the case of a partial return) and meet the following conditions: the item must be new, unworn, unwashed, unscented, with tags intact, and in its complete original packaging (tissue paper, pouch, SUKē box, accessories, and documents). These elements allow us to verify the item's condition and restock it.
If you received the item as a gift, we can process a return and issue a refund directly to the original payment method. If you would like a different item, we invite you to order it after receiving your refund. (Direct exchanges are not currently offered.)
You can also choose to ship the return yourself: in this case, you will be responsible for the shipping costs, insurance, and any risks associated with transport (loss, delay, damage). Use a carrier that offers proof of posting and tracking, and keep this documentation until the case is closed.
Upon receipt at our workshop, your package will be inspected. If the above criteria are met, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method and send you a confirmation email. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank.
