You may return any item ordered on sukeparis.com for a refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving your order.

To begin, fill in the form below with your order number. Our team will contact you as soon as possible with the return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.

Your return must meet the following conditions: item new, unworn, unwashed and unperfumed, tags intact, with its complete original packaging (tissue paper, pouch, SUKē box, accessories and documents). These allow us to check the condition of the piece and return it to stock.

If you received the item as a gift, we can process the return with a refund made directly to the purchaser's original payment method.

On arrival at our workshop, your parcel is inspected. If the conditions above are met, we issue the refund to the original payment method within 14 days at most. The time it takes to appear on your account may vary depending on your bank.
