Delivery is complimentary in France and Europe on orders from €250. This amount includes all taxes and applies after any promotional code.

Below this threshold, costs depend on the destination. They cover the careful preparation of your order, its tracked shipping and its delivery in person against signature. They are €8 for mainland France and €11 for Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Hungary, Ireland, the Faroe Islands, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, mainland Portugal, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Jersey and Guernsey. The exact amount is shown in euros at checkout, as soon as you enter your address.

For Switzerland and the United Kingdom, import duties and taxes as well as customs clearance fees are calculated automatically and paid at checkout: nothing will be asked of you on delivery. The carrier may only contact you to complete some information, and customs clearance may slightly extend delivery times.

If your country is not on this list, write to us before ordering: we will look for a solution with a suitable carrier.

If, exceptionally, a carrier asks you for charges on delivery, write to us at serviceclient@sukeparis.com.

Your order is prepared and handed to the carrier within two working days. Then allow 24 to 48 working hours for mainland France, around three days for major cities in continental Europe, five days for Réunion, Martinique and Guadeloupe, and seven days for other French overseas territories. These times are indicative and may vary with the season and customs clearance.

All our parcels are sent tracked with Colissimo and handed to you in person against signature. No parcel is left in a letterbox, a locker or with a neighbour, even when its size would allow it: this ensures your order reaches you intact.

As soon as your order is shipped, you receive an email with its tracking number and a link to follow each step. You can also find it at any time in your account: click Log in, enter the email address used for your order, and you will receive a code to sign in, with no password to create.

As long as the order has not been shipped, the address can be changed. Write to us as soon as possible at serviceclient@sukeparis.com with your order number and the change required. Once the parcel is with the carrier, some changes are no longer possible, but we will do our best to help.
