Our vision of know-how respects time and materials.

For us, know-how isn't just a technical skill. It's a posture. A way of looking, choosing, slowing down. It's the conviction that a beautiful garment or accessory is only as good as what it respects: the material, the gesture, time, and those who craft it.

In a world that values speed, quantity and constant novelty, we choose another path: that of artisanal mastery , reasoned creation and respect for materials .

Silk perfectly embodies the values that drive us. It's a material that has been used for thousands of years, yet remains relevant today. Durable, noble, and discreetly precious , it remains a symbol of modernity and refinement.

For us, silk represents a link between past and present, between East and West, between craftsmanship and elegance .

It is in these values that our know-how is rooted: between the Chinese tradition of silk weaving and the French sensitivity of design, we create durable, sensitive and meaningful pieces .

Our materials:

The natural nobility of silk

Silk is a unique material. Natural, precious, and durable, it embodies both elegance and responsibility. It is one of the rare textiles that has survived the centuries without ever losing its symbolic power or contemporary relevance. It is not only beautiful: it is refined, respectful of life, and profoundly sustainable.

We work exclusively with natural silk from mulberry silkworms ( bombyx mori ), woven in the Hangzhou region, a center of Chinese sericulture know-how for over a thousand years.

We chose 16 momme (mm) silk for its light, fluid and airy drape , perfectly suited to the world of scarves.

Dense enough to provide hold, fine enough to capture the light, this silk embodies a subtle balance between comfort, finesse and everyday elegance .

We refuse to compromise on materials. No synthetic fibers are added .

We choose purity: 100% natural, biodegradable, breathable silk, produced under controlled conditions that guarantee its traceability and limited impact on the environment.

Because it is alive, silk requires care. But in return, it offers what few materials can: longevity, meaning, and a beauty that does not fade .

A graphic dialogue

Each collection is the result of a creative dialogue between our Parisian studio and Chinese artists or designers.

These talents interpret the cultural or poetic themes that we define, and translate our motifs into a unique visual language, between tradition and contemporary creation.

By working hand in hand with these creators, we give birth to pieces that carry more than a style: a vision, a vibration, a soul, a cultural exchange.

We also want to offer these artists a stage where their voices can be fully expressed.

Through each square, they can convey their own message, share their world, their sensibilities and their view of the world.

SUKē thus becomes a support for creation, but also for artistic transmission: a link between singular imaginations and those who proudly carry them.

Transmission and requirement

Our workshops are located in the Hangzhou region, in the heart of a thousand-year-old textile heritage.

We chose them for the excellence of their weaving , the precision of their printing, but also for their human commitment.

Every detail meets strict standards for working conditions, fair pay and traceability.

We build lasting and responsible relationships with them.

Our partners hold several international textile quality certifications , such as: Oeko-Tex® Standard 100, REACH compliance, BSCI and FSC for ethical and social compliance.

The heritage of know-how has crossed the ages and adapted to each era.

Today, we collaborate with workshops that work with the latest generation of machines, capable of faithfully reproducing the artisanal gestures passed down from generation to generation.

And of course, certain gestures remain, and will remain, profoundly human , to breathe into each piece that touch of life specific to silk: that which cannot be measured, but felt.
